We are Juan and Jimena, a couple of architects. One fine day, we decided to tackle the problem of bringing an old family palace out of oblivion, not suspecting that such a decision would change the course of our lives. 

Between 2.003 and 2.006 we restored this palace from the early XNUMXth century, to open its doors to travelers and globetrotters. From then on, we combined the practice of architecture with the care and maintenance of this building, the organic vegetable garden and farm, and the garden, our particular happiness. 

The attention to our guests, a task that we do with enthusiasm, finally gives meaning to all this great vital project. 

Thanks to them, to you, the Palace of Dimples throbs again.
